Admissions are open for Academic Year 2024-2025 from Nursery to Grade XI. (Subject to availability)

The admissions process at The Shri Ram Universal School has been designed to make certain that students are appropriately placed at apt grade levels while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the school program and policies.

The admission Process involves the following steps:

Filling up Online Enquiry Form

Parents are requested to fill the enquiry form on the school website and use the registration number that is generated for all further communication during the Admission process. We strictly follow the age criteria mentioned below when reviewing applications.

Grade As on 31 March of the year of Admission
Nanhe Kadam (Nursery 3 Years
Pyaare Kadam (PP1) 4 Years
Badthe kadam (PP2) 4 years 6 months
Grade I 5 years 6 months

Admission is subject to seat availability and completing the documentation. The application filed will be considered on first-cum-first-serve basis.

Interaction time slot generation upon availability of seats

The admissions team will contact the parents through a call and email in case seats are available for the applied grade. An appointment for interaction with the parent and the child will be generated. The school tour will also be provided with a prior appointment.

We request both the parents to be available during the admission process and require them to carry the following documents to school if called for interaction:

  1. A copy of your ward`s immunization and other medical details. This is necessary in the interest of the child. You are therefore requested to ensure that all the relevant details are available with you at the time of completing admission formalities
  2. Election Identity Card / Passport / Telephone bill - for verification of address (in original)
  3. Copy of Child`s Aadhar Card and both the parents
  4. Copy of original birth certificate of the child
  5. Six passport size photographs of the child
  6. Two passport size photographs of each parent
  7. The Transfer Certificate (for students of Class II onwards) is to be submitted before the start of the session
  8. Report card of the previous class attended

School Visit

The parents should visit the school during the time-slot agreed upon and complete the admission formalities which include interaction, submission of documents and signing relevant documents.

Payment of fee on confirmation of admission.

 

Parents are requested to complete the route map for Conveyance if opting for transport facility. Lunch is offered as an optional facility. Please inform the admissions team if you would like your child to avail of the facility.
